Who we are

We’re homeowners ourselves, living and loving the lifestyle that the Annapolis Valley has to offer. Over the years, we recognized a gap in the market for property management that was flexible enough to meet the tailored needs of different property owners — and the many ways properties are used today.

Our background goes well beyond traditional property management. With experience in real estate, investment partnerships, and residential and commercial property operations, we understand both the asset side and the hospitality side of every property. We’ve worked in tourism and luxury hospitality with five-star resorts across Europe and Asia, and have proudly represented the Nova Scotia wine industry here at home. This global experience, combined with deep local roots, allows us to provide a service that not only protects and enhances your property, but also creates welcoming spaces where guests, tenants, and owners alike can live, work, and play — fully enjoying all that Nova Scotia and the Annapolis Valley have to offer.

We also own and manage rental properties ourselves, so we understand firsthand the importance of protecting an investment while creating meaningful, memorable stays. We take pride in what we do — always sourcing local labour, talent, and goods whenever possible to strengthen the communities we operate in. As a responsible community member, we are committed to ensuring every property we manage operates respectfully and remains a good neighbour within the communities we serve.

Plum Living was born from this collective experience and passion, built on trust, strong partnerships, and a genuine appreciation for the place we call home. We combine strategic insight with hands-on management and a dependable network of professionals to provide a service that is both highly personal and distinctly professional.

We’re always happy to meet in person to discuss your goals and explore how we can best support your unique needs.
